Every spring to late summer my garden opens up for TRIBE fire food experiences, but what is fire food?
Take a chance to be part of something unique. Imagine the feeling of using wild ingriedients, to learn the flavors of nature, not only on the plate, but what might come in handy if you´re on tour. Together with me, Nicole, you will prepare the dish/dishes outside and cook over an open fire. Unique dishes from the fire to your plate. In the Nature TRIBE garden you will enjoy a very local meal that you helped to prepare.

I CHOOSE LOCAL PRODUCTS & RESPECT OUR BEAUTIFUL NATURE
HOW DOES IT WORK?
This experience lasts about 3 hours, a bit depending on the group. The experience starts att 11:00.
We start by looking through the menu together, after this we will go wild forage for plants and herbs that we will use. When we have gathered enough we will return to the "prepping table" where we will prepare our food before cooking it over open fire.
When you have finished your lunch you will receive the menu card as a memory and there is a possibility to visit TRIBE´s little Farm Shop if you wish before we say goodbye.
If the weather decides to be " Swedish Summer" we have the possibility to eat without getting wet, but be prepared to dress accordingly for the wild forage tour.

MENU
When you book your spot, you will have the choise of vegetarian, meat or fish.
The dishes follow the rythm of nature, and will be inspired of what we can forage at the moment. We will prepare one or a few smaller dishes, a bit depending on the season.
"Wilderland soda" or water is included with the dish/dishes.

TRIBE´s Garden café
On some summer days I will open my garden as a small simple and unique café with only a few places in the garden with the sounds of nature as background music.
But that's not all..
You will find coffee, tea and a changing wilderlad drink and today´s "fika" which I will prepare on a fireplace for you.
I will announce when the café is open on social media, so feel free to follow me. The time will be between 11-14:00. I will see you in the TRIBE garden! 🌱🔥☕️🌱
